Join us for an inspiring lunchtime talk on the what and why of transformative learning with our expert Tom Kuppens. 

If we want to tackle today’s sustainability challenges, knowing about sustainability simply isn’t enough. What’s needed is a shift in mindset, values, and action. Transformative learning invites us to develop the competencies required to engage meaningfully with complex issues. It asks us to connect emotionally to the topic, question our own assumptions, and explore new ways of seeing and being in the world.  

During this session, we’ll further explore the three key elements of transformative learning: facing a dilemma, reflecting on underlying beliefs, and stepping into new roles that support sustainable change.
