A mobile kitchen travelled through four Brussels neighbourhoods to cook affordable plant-based meals with local residents. Together, we explored culinary traditions, shared food stories, and created a free recipe booklet that celebrates Brussels’ diverse food culture.

The House of Sustainable Transitions (HOST) brings together more than 200 scientists from diverse disciplines, including climate science, politics, social and economic sciences, law, biology and the humanities.
