Elke Leyman is a social entrepreneur, co-founder of coop Re-story and Chapter lead Ghent of Zebras Unite. In Ghent, there is a beautiful saying: "You’re a gem". That's how I see it: there is a beautiful pearl in everyone. Some better wrapped or tucked away than others. By introducing the ZEBRA mindset (Zeal, Ecosystem, Balance, Regeneration, Attention), I help people and organizations (founded, led and maintained by people) find back this gem and bring it to the surface, so they can flourish again: consciously, passionately and interwoven, restoring balance.
