Marie Hélène Elleboudt & Cathy Macharis

Marie-Hélène Elleboudt is a facilitator of systemic constellations and collective processes, and the founder of Faciliyo. She supports people, organisations, and communities in navigating complex challenges with clarity and coherence. Rooted in deep listening and participatory approaches, her work creates spaces where hidden patterns surface and authentic transformation becomes possible.

Cathy Macharis is a full professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in the Faculty of Economics and Social Science. She has a passion for the transition to a more sustainable world. She is the host and founder of the House of Sustainable Transition, where more than 200 committed researchers study and support the transition to a more sustainable world. She has published more than 100 articles in scientific journals and 12 books. Cathy Macharis teaches several courses on the intersection of sustainability and decision making and developed the Factor 8 process to support individuals, companies and organizations in the transition to a more sustainable world.
